The Faculty of Engineering, to which the Department of Computer and Information Sciences belongs, is at the Koganei Campus, in Koganei City, Tokyo. The nearest train station is Higashi Koganei on the JR Chuo line. It is approximately 24 minutes from Shinjuku station, and 37 minutes from Tokyo station, without transfers. The campus is 6 minutes walk from the station.
Regardless of this excellent access to the city, the campus is very green and has a relaxed atmosphere.
